Please check if this is possible. I beg you. You have a shirt of some trousers or something that's too worn to wear or donate. Go put it outside and drive over it with your car over and over. Does it ever liquefy? You can put cloth on tramlines and they still wouldn't 'wash down the drain'.
And the tank man video is him stopping the tanks from leaving, not arriving. He's telling the soldiers to turn around and 'finish the job'.
