He looks
Yellow. Not orange like he usually does. But yellow. And kinda like fuller? Like there's a bunch of fluid build up?
Was that bruise on his hand from am IV for some sort of dialysis?
It's syphilis and has been for decades. The face paint, the patchy hair loss, the bruises and blemishes, the cognitive decline. He's like a modern version of French 18th century aristocracy with the wigs and the thick coating of scar concealing makeup.
