You say that like I wouldn't move into a tower anyway if it was an option. Also the raising of the undead. IDK about the black letters though, seems like too much trouble.

Instead of real black wax seal colored hot glue works. Getting the sealing stamp of right ominous figure remains tricky part though, I still want to send out letters that way
