in the morning i just drink 32oz of water. then 2 hours or so after i wake up i just make some instant coffee. i find if i drink it as soon as i wake up, it makes me sleepy.
throughout the day i’ll have anywhere from 2 to 5 cups of instant coffee
Nice! I've been fueled by instant coffee for months at a time when I worked second shift.
