The phrasing isn't exactly dead on, but normal people don't go around trying to convince others they're trans for stupid reasons.
It's not "trying to convince", it's a joke. A bit of a tasteless one that should stay in egg_irl, but still a joke. And it sounds nothing like LLM output.

What I meant was more than they sounded like the caption someone would put on an AI slop image. I didn't articulate it very well, though.
