Edit: you guys are the best. Thank you ❤️ regardless of outcome it's practice which I'm going to need.

I've created a timetable to structure my days between gym, applications and increasing my IT knowledge with some time aside for music and gaming on weekends.

I am so, so fucking glad I am not on suboxone right now. The difference in mindset is night and day.
