MODERATORS
You can use cockpit which is a lightweight server management software, uses extensions for increasing capabilities.
I hadn't heard of Cockpit in a couple years, but it looks like exactly what I need. Thanks for the recommendation!
virt-manager also works over the network, particularly if you just need something basic to keep you going. But you'd likely still need to use SSH/CLI for non-VM related management anyway.
