- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Underpaid as it is and got told no raise for at least a year because of the way the company is doing (this affects all staff). They're getting a good deal. When things go well again I'm sure this time period will go under the rug. Good for them the labour market is shit right now. Ask me where my motivation is.
