Obviously, "SURPRISE" is a small word to describe it.

Really??? I undestand that, maybe, they don't have interest in cat sex, but... in persons??? Such a carelessness with language!

I continued. Gemini said (in spanish):

The root is in antique french "cousin" and "cousine" but they lossed the gender in english.

I asked him if I can use "cousine", at least, to compensate it. I went far away, saying:

I don't want to suffer with these anti-gender sillinesses of Yanquis, can I use "cousine"?

No. "Cousine" is not english word. Native persons will believe that you are wrong and will fix it
