of course not. law binds us but does not protect us.
there is no law for the oligarchs and we need to stop thinking we are bound by those laws anyway.
You don't think that these companies will have some fight about that subject ? That Disney and AI companies will not fight each other for the profits associated with this copyright? And whatever is established there is more important for society and our strategic goals than our own small claims, especially when trying to think long term
