some like "normal" one in whatever the washing machines at my dorm do, I forgot the exact wording of the thing.

Ah, I've always gone for 'delicate' and washing them inside out with only other arsenal shirts. I've not ruined one yet, but I have so many that none of them get worn too much. Honestly it's getting to a problematic level, definitely more than 30 now....
