Why is a motorcycle site that feature machine that can also capable of this speed being so pessimistic about this?

But anyway, pothole would love to meet these thing.

probably because riding a motorcycle generally requires more protection than a scooter, and the position you're in on a motorcycle is marginally safer.

i doubt these will be popular if they start requiring full mc gear.

Does motorcycle gear a requirement for those high horse power bike? Where i am it doesn't seems to be required except helmet.

Here not even a helmet is required. You're free to make road pizza all you like. I assume motorcycle insurance is astronomical.
