I'd guess that with a reduction of mass differences in wealth, they'll be much much less economic advances that certain men have over women. Most secret families seem to be with a super rich older guy and an economically disadvantaged younger woman. If the dude doesn't have unnecessary wealth, and the woman can take care of herself, that would make it less likely.
I'm sure they'll be cases of random charismatic and unscrupulous guys who work in two different cities, but it'll be much less common.
I heard recently about a case where the man had a modest but stable job. Both women had also decent union work. So to the "unsecret" family he was contributing say 60% of his income. The mother of the secret family knew she was the second family so mostly self-managed with the more transient father contributing a lesser amount.
In effect, it was 3 adults pooling resources to raise the 3 or 4 kids bewteen them, though only 1 of the adults an 0 children knew of it.
