I ate the vegan cream cheese without dramatic negative effects. ā¦yet. However itās way too expensive to buy regularly and didnāt have much in the way of nutrition.
Iām going to have to work out if I can eat tofu. If I can thatās a lot cheaper, higher protein, and can be used to make both ācream cheeseā and āice creamā. (I know cashews are an option but way too expensive.) Silken tofu is higher FOD MAPs but well blended firm tofu might be ok?
