Honestly the fact it's being allowed to be published in the media means this probably isn't a big deal or they are making up a attack to use to like, justify more money for security or some further crack down on online anonymity. Or something else of that nature.

Maybe they're keeping it mum and Times is just sort-of appealing to their base with obscure info.
