Do you seriously think none of the funding sent will be used to continue committing genocide?

Like the comment RIGHT ABOVE YOURS IS "see, when countries do a genocide, they split all their weapons into two big piles labeled "Genocide" and "Not genocide". The latter pile is cool and we should still be adding to it but we just got to stop the genocide pile from getting bigger"

If this is your actual thought process you are the person that is talking about and you should seriously think really fucking hard about that.
