The paranoia in me is flagging this reddit post as manufacturing consent for the eventual Israeli annexation/occupation of Syrian lands.
Eh, given how much Israel is able to get away with and win, because no one in the international community is willing to nuke Tel Aviv... you're probably not far off what they intend to do. Especially because 99% of Israelis believe in a greater Israel and are fascists.
