His big talking point was taking away guns. Now that trump is in office, libs are pro gun so he's gonna have to get a new thing
He's gonna call for a People's Militia and provide a thousand dollar coupon and expedited background checks for anyone who wants a gun.
He said the background check thing and also wants the min age to buy guns raised to 21.

Last one of these I went to, he back-stepped that all the way to gentle police reform. He's at least self aware enough to not tell the chuds he's taking their guns anymore.
He could promise to give every American citizen an ar-15 and a thousand rounds of ammo and the Republicans would still beat him running ads of him saying he'll take everybody's guns. His career was done the instant he said those words.
I winced when he said that during his pressy debates.
I have to imagine his entire campaign staff throwing stuff and yelling at the wall when the words came out of his mouth
It's too bad he's not self aware enough to realize he's too left wing for the Dems and too right wing for the left. Also, too much has happened since he was a somebody, that his whole entire "aw shucks I'm just a cool guy in my 40's" thing doesn't work anymore. How many times has he gotten racist on a liberal podcast lately? Is he even trying?
Yeah, there was an era around the time I met him that I thought "Hell, if he gets a win he might push the Dems left a bit." but now he's just that annoying uncle trying to be hip.
