Time to stock up on olive oil and fine cheeses
Tariffs are what Europeans would pay extra for American products.
The EU imposed tariffs would be paid by Europeans but they are in response to proposed blanket 30% tariffs imposed by the US so those wines and cheeses will still be more expensive.
