I don't read a lot of games writing because a) most of it is pish and b) there's too much else to read but I really enjoyed this one.
This bit genuinely made me lol:
Yeah neither do I, but the folks at PCgamer and Rock Paper Shotgun are pretty good possibly even comrades. My phone doesn't get a signal at my desk so when I sit there for long stretches with no sales calls or orders to process I just browse them and watch youtube shit.
It's a shame really because I'm probably contributing to a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy of not reading games journalism because most of it is bad, therefore not finding the better stuff etc.
Yeah Rock Paper Shotgun even has a decent comment section at times. Might be my fave site for pc games since it also covers lots of indie stuff
