The title was, "Iran says powerful military response forced Israel to halt aggression unilaterally". That isn't what happened. It's delusional.

[–] gucken@lemmy.ml 6 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I would venture to guess that the unilateral phrasing is referring to the fact that Iran's response did force Israel to turn to the US to intervene and broker a pause in hostility... thus halting Israel's aggression.

They did this without the offered aid from Russia or China. Unlike Israel who started the aggression and required the US to step in on its behalf

Unlike Israel who started the aggression

Hasn't Iran been funding attacks by proxies on Israel for years? Weren't they supposed to be part of a coordinated attack against Israel but Hamas jumped the gun?

You're here to troll. Have a nice day.

Reality is trolling? Interesting.

You're calling me a troll because your normal tankie nonsense isn't working and you don't have anything else to try.

If you actually want to have a conversation based on reality, I'm here.

[–] gucken@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

No, just that your statements are so full of fallacies that it's not worth conversing with you.

Lol at tankie

[–] MapleEngineer@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

My statements are demonstrably true. You just don't like the truth.

[–] gucken@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

And based on this response you don't even know what fallacies are lol. Again have a nice day.

[–] MapleEngineer@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

Everything I said was demonstrably true. Calling facts fallacies doesn't make them fallacies even if you really really don't like them.
