In a fight between NYC and LA cops, who would win?
LA cops would physically beat the NYC cops, but the NYC cops would shoot a lot of bystanders before they got in beating range.
Don't forget during Dorner Week, LAPD lit up an awful lot of innocent bystanders, too.
They were shooting at those people though. NYPD is absurdly inaccurate due to lack of training and absurd trigger pull weights.

Maybe we could set up a battle royale; tell them the side that wins gets all of the other side's paramilitary equipment.
