Wanna bet it’s a Trump appointed Judge.
I can’t fathom how people don’t see this being used to target and hurt people. Ai is actively going to be used to systematically target minorities and LGBTQ+

It's not that they don't see it, it's that they're lying to your face.
Yup and all the Ai fanboys are wholeheartedly bending over for more. The worst ones are the ones thinking they are “seizing the means of production” through using Ai. Bwhahahah you are digging your own grave.

Hi! Gay lawyer here! Did you read the fucking article? OpenAI is getting sued, so as a very normal part of the discovery process, the judge instructs all parties not to destroy ANY records. That’s all this is. This is normal litigation.
And if you were trusting fucking OpenAI with your data, you’re fucking stupid and deserve whatever consequences are coming. Yalls need to wake the fuck up that these AI sites are NOT your friend.
That all said tho, this is not a fucking privacy concern. It’s a normal lawsuit. This was such a stupid waste of a read—people just making up problems cause they have no idea how the fuckin judicial system works.
