ADHD/depression/executive-dysfunction spiral.
Bored, want to do something, have vague ideas of things to do but nothing particularly excites me, cant get myself to initiate or start anything.
Maybe I'll schedule some appointments so can can tell myself i accomplished something at least? I've put it off for so long, I've had good insurance for years but never taken advantage of it.
Kinda burnt out on ubisoft games and their repetitive format. Collect all the things and explore all the places to unlock the good weapons/abilities, then blitz the main game like its easy mode.
Edit: i did a thing! I submitted the contact form for a dentist appointment. Yippee. Two/three more major types of appointment to go.
Way to go!
I've been struggling with the same sort of problems for a while too, sometimes it's a big win to just get one thing done. Lately for me just making a meal has been a big challenge (I had popcorn for dinner last night). I wish I had any advice that wasn't keep trying and try not to get too stressed out 😅
