The message comes from the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Limited Edition soundtrack

The soundtrack comes with a booklet that includes the message from Takahashi, but unlike the Trinity Box, the notes here are only included in Japanese.

"Rather than playing on defense, going on the offense; change rather than maintain. This is a stance that I have continued to hold for thirty years. If there is another “Xenoblade,” it will likely be something vastly different from what came before. In style and in music, I would like to make my next goal something that will betray everyone’s expectations, in a good way."

As a huge fan of Xenoblade games, that really excite me. As much as I love these games, I want them to try something new. They were also working on that medieval fantasy game, I wonder what happened to that.

Best to play with the rebalance mods. I've played through Xenoblade 3 and the DLC a few times with it both on my switch and on my PC (4k 60fps HDR with my switch pro pad on my TV via Yuzu emulator). They make the gameplay so much better.

Oh wow are there mods like that now? Only ones they had back when I played were to make the framerate and graphics look better, pretty much.
