There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now

Do you know the difference between lamb, mutton, and hogget? If so, can you get the latter two labeled as such?

isn't a hogget a sheep over 1 year?

mutton is the name of meat from sheep older than hogget

Aren't there legal restrictions on naming meat?

I've never seen anyone sell something called mutton or hogget but have been led to believe much lamb isn't
