Season 1 was fantastic. Season 2 was all right. Season 3 was pretty bad.

I would love to see if they acknowledge whatever happened to Trish though

David Tennant nailed the purple man, that's IMO why season 1 was so good.

For sure. Such a menacing villain, and fit the themes of trauma and PTSD perfectly.

Definitely one of the best villains ever put on screen. He killed it.

My immediate reaction was that the show only had two seasons. So... Yeah I apparently blocked that last one out completely.

I did the same, but this post brought it all back. Season 3 was , omg, i'm seeing images in my mind, glimpses of that season - oh no, it's too late now, i fully remembered the complete season. Fuck.

Trish had potential as Hellcat though. Should have been a Hellcat centered season. But no, the mom.

I just realized the Trish should have been in The Thunderbolts*.

Val was recruiting evildoers like Taskmaster, so why not Hellcat?

I think the real answer is that at the time they were making Thunderbolts it was still unclear whether the Netflix shows would be canon. Maybe for Thunderbolts 2?

That's the real world answer, and it makes a lot of sense.

In the movie version it'll be that Trish escaped prison and Val couldn't find her. She will be one of the first new recruits they pull in.
