Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.
Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Any woman-identified person under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is welcome.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.

God that's a lot to deal with. You're up against the clock in a shit job market where they're looking for seniors not your level. The working culture is horrible and it's heavily male which puts you at disadvantage. If women do t fit the working culture then the working culture needs to change.
Working with narcissists who can't cope with ego bruising is exhausting. You end up having to clean up the shit they cause and get it in the neck from other people. It's a nightmare culture and no wonder you're feeling exhausted and pissed off.
How's the job hunting going?
So far job hunting isn't going well. Mostly because everybody is looking for seniors. I was in contact with a couple of recruiters, but most told me they only have jobs for more experienced people or tell me they'll see what they can do and then never contact me again... I have a call with a recruiter on Thursday so we'll see.
On the plus side, my husband and I just booked our vacation and a spa hotel in June, so there's something to look forward to.
I remember my mate had a fucking nightmare with recruiters they just ignore you. I feel for you mate it's rough. It's good that you've got something to look forward to you deserve that
