Yeah it sounds like she isn't a citizen. That sucks but does anyone in the US expect to be able to live in another country for decades without a visa or citizenship? I'm not for draconian immigration policies and randomly deporting people but if you aren't a citizen and you aren't allowed to stay then this is what happens. You know like everywhere else in the world.
So just give her citizenship? She's been in the country since she's a toddler, literally what is stopping them from offering her citizenship? Nations are made up, borders are imaginary.

She isn't being deported for a traffic violation...is that what you all think? It is OK to be deported if you are found out to be illegally staying in a country though. Kind of like literally every other country. If there is a country letting people just move to it let me know please.
