How I think this meeting will go:

China: are you going to drop the tariffs?

usa: we are prepared to consider it as part of the negotiations

China: Ok well, keep considering it and let us know when you change your mind.

I'd love to see pictures or video of the americans faces as they walk out. There is something cathartic about seeing disappointment on the faces of such horrible people.
