Yeah, part of the joke is to say the sentence in broken ye' olde Danish. Normal Danish people would've said "jeg kan ikke tale englesk"

I thought it might've been intentionally old-fashioned. Maybe throw in some I's and eder's or De's and Dem's to really sell it...

Edit: I just noticed, it says englesk instead of engelsk, too.
