Did the dialog get swapped somehow and the developer went like “let’s roll with it” ? :)

Always wondered about that reaction.

Yeah from what I understand it's a bug and because people thought it was funny, it was kept. Personally I just use my own mod that uses Sebastian's line for whatever tier of gift that is instead (liked gifts, I think). Think there might be one floating around on Nexus too.
