going with a triangle low-poly pattern is probably the only thing that can make the shape of the car make any sort of sense, i've never understood how the flat bare metal look is supposed to be appealing
yeah, at best it's edgy. not in a culturally significant or stylistically way, it's just geometry. it's all fucking edges. it looks like the car a 3 year old would draw.
tesla, you had such potential.
the delorian had a similar metal look and was unique at the time, and there are still hardly any vehicles that do anything other than boring paint for the exterior. Where's the cast iron exterior vehicles that need to be seasoned regularly, what about bare aluminum or bismuth? why do all modern cars follow the same stupid aerodynamic shapes with silly crumple zones and overpriced paint. I say yes to unnovation and yes to rejecting the status quo.
oh I have absolutely no doubt that musk was railing ketamine one day and found BTTF on and said: you know, we could steal this....
stainless steel this lololol....
love the idea of cast iron cars, babe, it's not rust, it's seasoning :D
They sell it to you like a Warhammer figure, you gotta paint it yourself
