Sore as heck today. After an extended absence went back to training and really feeling it today.

Old age is not doing me any favour here.

the fact you train is cool, any ache is worth it. ๐Ÿ˜˜

I'm not quite young anymore and feel unfit and out of shape, at the same time I am always shocked when my fitbit tells me I'm in the top tenth percentile for fitness for my age. wtf, most people my age must be slugs if I'm the fit one
