Trump also says he’s 6’3” and 215 lbs. so take anything he says as complete bullshit.
I'm 6'5", 210 lb, and can run a 10k... And no one would say I have any pouch unless I'm shirtless
Trump has to be 280-300
If he was actually 6'3 he'd have to be well over 300lb. I'm that height and was in the 280-300lb range once and looked skinny compared to him.
