It's effecting my work and mu boss seems ready to fire me and i will lose my apartment. I am angry all the time now and I worry I am alienating friends and family. I am fatigued all day long and want nothing more then just sleep and all I can do is lay in bed and hope I have a good night and sleep for maybe three hours and I don't know what to do. I can't even afford therapy.

Magnesium supplements, but be careful a lot of them give you barely 10% USDA a pill and cost tons

Better to find bulk magnesium gluconate on amazon in powder form and mix it into a drink daily. Has a pleasant taste unlike Magnesium Citrate but if you are desperate you can get that now in the form of No-salt salt substitutes in any grocery spice aisle but it is really bitter and nasty but will do the job.

I was the same way for the last 10+ years, and after a week of daily magnesium I was able to fall asleep in minutes and woke up more rested. I still have other stress in my life but being able to get a consistent full 6 hours after so many years of 2 and 4 that makes all the difference

It's been a profound game changer for me
