Die StVO Novelle macht explizit Tempo 30 vor Schulen zur Regel (d.h. es braucht einen Grund, kein Tempo 30 auszuweisen).
WZF ist deren rechtliches Problem?

Die Verantwortlichen fahren wahrscheinlich mit dem Auto öfter mal an der Schule vorbei.
