Why on earth would you abolish an entire department because of a lawsuit for misdiagnosis, for which other doctors said it wasn't a misdiagnosis?? Isn't that a cut and dry case? I get that Japan has a saving face culture, but even here that doesn't make sense.

If they noticed a correlation between the juice and the symptoms, why did they allow her to continue bringing the juice? Also, would forensics really not notice traces of grapefruit in juice that otherwise would not contain it?

Also also, the animation sure took a nosedive this episode
