MODERATORS

I'd like to thank everyone for my most upvoted post on lemmy ever. Not only have you upvoted it to the top for like 2 days you commented the shit out of it. I'd like to take this opportunity to say fuck the mods of this instance. This was my second post coming off a 30 day ban and I want to say these fucking mods have been nothing but bitches. I've never been more attacked on any other instance, subreddit, forum, etc. then I have been in this fucking instance. Not only have I been attacked I've been told my memes arent memey enough again and again.

I'll be honest, I do not know how to make a meme but I keep posting just to piss in these mods cheerios.

Thanks lemmy.world/politicalmemes for being the worst community I've ever been a part of.

We still have too much to lose in a revolt. Most people are still materially comfortable (or at least that hasn't changed because of Trump).

What's fascinated me about the US is that they have a significant population of unhoused people, a lot of them having jobs too. And I kind of see that as their future. And they probably see that as their "worst case", which only adds to hatred of unhoused people.

There's an older term that is relevant: "lumpenproletariat".

The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language defines it as "the lowest stratum of the proletariat. Used originally in Marxist theory to describe those members of the proletariat, especially criminals, vagrants, and the unemployed, who lacked awareness of their collective interest as an oppressed class."[7] In modern usage, it is commonly defined to include the chronically unemployed, the homeless, and career criminals.[8] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lumpenproletariat

If the masses see themselves as temporarily embarrassed millionaires, they don't see themselves as proletariat (working class). So you get the "rags to riches" story, but in reverse.

dude there hasnt been a good vote since i've been alive, the cope is annoying, none of these people are strait up winning kings or queens, you'll never hear them even talk that way. They will always be fat lazy pieces of garbage to humiliate us. It's not even a vote, it's a humiliation ritual. It's all over the globe, this degeneration, it's basically like cults took over the world for thier imaginery gods and they fight over them. They never progress.
