Because capitalism and fascism are different aspects of the exact same system.

Well, no, they are kinda independent of each other, it's just that both are hierarchical social structures so fascists have a really easy way of using capitalism to get power and capitalists don't care about much else but hoarding wealth and fascists need the wealth to control the country, so it's a nice symbiotic relationship.

Though you could argue that unfettered capitalism always leads to fascism, which is not wrong.
