We haven’t lived in Guelph for very long, having moved in during lockdown, and we don’t go out often. When we do go out, we want good food n a good atmosphere. So far, our favorites are Halmand Kabob House and Taste of Andy. Great food but not much in the way of atmosphere when it comes to eating out.

What are some of your favorite spots and why?

I went to Miijidaa for Mothers Day last year and, agreed, the space is great. The meal I had was terrible though. So bad the wait staff was apologetic and offered me another meal. I declined as it would’ve meant my family would have to sit there after they’d finished eating and wait for me to get a new meal and eat it which felt foolish. I had ordered the special, not their usual menu. I’ve been meaning to go back and give it another shot. When I do, I’ll be sure to order from the regular menu lol
