The smell hot anchovies is not for the weak. Have flashbacks from working at a pizza place in the past.

I knew my pizza place hated when I'd order anchovies, so now I make it at home. Usually I'll bake them on frozen pizza, but tonight I tried my hand at something different.

Very fishy, very salty.

The worst part is that cheap ones taste like shit, good ones taste much better, if they get put on top and they get dried out and burnt they taste nasty, but if you bury them and they dont get cooked enough also not as nice.

But when they hit just right, they are magic.
