Internal IT with an org that has an existing relationship with an MSP.

Sounds pretty decent from the interview so far. Downside is office attendance for the first few months.

Salary makes it worthwhile.

Oh that'd be nice (the internal IT not the office attendance). Though office attendance to start hopefully shows that team and culture is important to them and they want you to really embed well. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
