Thats his name in Hazbin Hotel, yes.
I have no idea what Hazbin Hotel is, so that explains why it makes no sense.
That character is also voiced by Keith David. He also voices the president in Rick and Morty, but more importantly was Childs in The Thing and Frank in They Live which are legendary movies.
