I like them both!
I think Berry is a good practitioner, he is confident in his bedside manner, considerate of his patients needs, has strong opinions but will change as the situation requires.
Westman is more the conservative academic, sticking to what is published and known beyond a reasonable doubt before making general recommendations. i.e. Westman says the anti-seedoil theories are compelling, but he hasn't seen enough evidence to make a change for his patients. Fair enough. Importantly Westman publishes research, which is needed to advance human health.
I think In a perfect world I want Berry as the primary doctor, and Westman for second opinions if anything goes wrong.
