Can't believe it's slip slop slap, slide on some sunglasses? I didn't realise sunglasses were more important than hydration on a hot day. Guess you can all stop drinking water today then16 !

I think the 5Ss are to do with protecting your skin from the sun, rather than heat-related illnesses.
Yeah, I suppose that makes sense. I still think that it should have covered hydration, too. Personally, I'd rate dehydration as a bigger problem than the risk of eye damage or whatever
