U.S. President Joe Biden reportedly said that he regrets dropping out of the race for President because he believes he could have beaten Donald Trump, leading to a variety of onlooker reactions.

I don't see where Biden is quoted, I do see Trump's campaign manager quoted though.

Feels like an outrage article meant to profit from clicks.

Looking at what little I can scroll from this site before it begins it's rent seeking behavior it's all opinion pieces and conjecture.
