Making good, but very slow progress in rearranging the abode.

Interesting thing is that while the couch is in a weird place, it’s opened up the space so much, I still can’t get over it whenever I walk through the door.

Still have a fair bit of crap to sort out though.

Meanwhile, my dirty little secret of the month is the amount of cheesy Christmas shows I’m devouring.

I now want to find the most Christmassy place to partake in the most cheesiest Christmas things I can do. 😂

Good work! I rearranged the bedroom at my last place a bit over a month ago as a sort of change is as good as a holiday type thing. I was going loosely based on the principles of Feng Shui. Previously my bed was in a horrible position. Had to bump into it to get to my desk or cupboard or dresser or really anything else. I ended up rearranging it into the corner which did block wardrobe access but I never used it anyway

It was a bit awkward because of how I wanted to place my desk (I wanted to face the door, not have my back turned to it) which exposed all my cables. And since I knew it was only temporary, I didn't bother trying to cable manage

It made the space feel so much bigger and more comfortable!

Oh yeah, I totally get you. I originally had set up two study desks side by side, but my back was also towards the door, so I really didn’t like it. Usually NBD because no one else usually comes over, but it’s yuck nonetheless.
