I don't understand how people can eat a hsp in one go. I have a small one and this is at least 3 meals.

I'll note this remorseless eating machine has a 28 inch waist

About 10 years ago, absolutely.

Yet somehow I eat less and have to be more careful these days.

I can do it. The goal is that juicy garlic soaked bread at the bottom. Then I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day.
