Mine did that, too. I don't know what changed, but after a couple of days, it changed itself back to Celsius. It was weird. But ever since the update, it has a habit of not even telling me the weather half the time, it just says the date

Slightly related: outlook and windows outright refuse to respect my requests to give me the weather in Celsius. Windows is always telling me it's 75fยฐ in Melbourne or whatever, and when outlook sends me daily summary emails at 3am, if I have anything on which is just a teams meeting and doesn't have a location attached, it will tell me the weather in a random city in California
